Need a cane or chakram that gives:

* 12 Energy
20% Recharge
20% Fast Cast

Anyone know?

I've actually got that item just now - I -believe- it's from the collector in Mineral Springs - Right across a small bridge there. I don't use it, and don't plan to - if you want it, i'll donate it to your cause for a very small complimentary fee - i'm no trader. Let me know, and we'll meet up in game.
